Up the hill from our house and pool, you’ll find our onsite yoga studio, Heart & Flow Yoga. We offer a wide range of classes, workshops, and events in this spacious, serene and immaculately clean studio. We look forward to seeing you.

$7 pp / Group Yoga Class
$40 / Private Yoga Class (60 minutes with Harriet)

Heart and Flow Yoga is currently only open for private events and workshops. That means we do not host weekly public yoga classes. If you’d like to reach out about having a private yoga class, a private event or a healing session with Harriet or Adam, we are happy to discuss that.

We offer a wide range of classes, workshops, and events in this spacious, serene, and immaculately clean studio. Our studio can either be enclosed with A/C and fans or we can slide the doors open so that you can enjoy the sounds and feel of nature. This is the ideal location for yoga in Costa Rica.
